#1 – Do You See Writing as a Career? I think that's a
difficult question, I'll be writing all my life but the monetary rewards are
unpredictable, not anything one wants from a career. But I will keep writing and
if the money comes, well, lucky me then.
#2 – What was the Hardest Part of Your Writing Process? I
think the hardest part of the writing process is making sure the plot works,
making sure it's interesting and will make sense to my readers. Tying up a plot
is not easy, coming up with an interesting plot is also not easy.
#3 – Did you have any One Person Who Helped You Out with
Your Writing Outside of Your Family? I had a very supportive editor at one
point on my first novel. I also had a supportive agent who unfortunately didn't
get me the contracts I wanted but she was supportive.
#4 – What is next for your writing? I have a novel coming
out in February that I'm very excited about because I love the characters so I
hope it does well. After that I hope to see a book I wrote years and years ago
get published. I have worked on it for awhile. I'm writing a new novel about
two people who fall in love when they're young and meet again when they're old.
#5 – Do you have an addiction to reading as well as writing?
If so, what are you currently reading? Yes, love to read. I have just started a
book by Jodi Piccoult that I'm sure to love.
