#1 – Do You See Writing as a Career?  

I absolutely see writing as a career, even though I am just beginning my journey.  I love writing and sharing my stories with readers.  I can’t think of another thing that would make me as happy as writing does!

#2 – What was the Hardest Part of Your Writing Process?  

The hardest part of the writing process is honestly finding the time.  I am a mother of three young children, and also a full time teacher.  I love each of my jobs, but it takes a lot of planning and balance to schedule time for everything. 

#3 – Did you have any One Person Who Helped You Out with Your Writing Outside of Your Family?  

Yes, I have a few author friends who I use as Beta readers for my novels.  It helps to get perspective and a second eye on my work.

#4 – What is next for your writing? 

I have just completed a Contemporary/ Suspense Romance called DUST TO DUST (A Broken Fairy Tale) which will be part of a series, in Spring.  I also have the third instalment of the SECRETS OF SHADOW HILL series, WAR OF WIZARDS that will be release in 2014.

#5 – Do you have an addiction to reading as well as writing? If so, what are you currently reading?

My name is Susan and I have a problem…I am addicted to readingJ  I read 52 books this summer and my Kindle is back loaded with too many books!  I have so many authors that I love!!!  Right now I am finishing MINE and moving on to REMYJ

where she is a teacher. She enjoys spending time with her family, writing, reading, and 

running, but is always thinking of an idea for her next novel.

final novel of the Secrets of Shadow Hill series.
