#1 – Do You See Writing as a Career?

Possibly, I’d certainly like it to be. That will depend on the readers. But I’m excited about writing. I write about the things I like to read. I write stories that not only keep the readers on the edge of their seat - but inspire them too.

#2 – What was the Hardest Part of Your Writing Process?

Not rushing the process. The words come to me as I sit at my computer. I may have a vague idea or outline but it changes once I sit down to write the actual words. And it’s more than words. It’s like the characters are alive and want their story to be known. They always seem to have the final say. Sometimes I’m as surprised as the readers!

#3 – Did you have any One Person Who Helped You Out with Your Writing Outside of Your Family?

My family wasn’t involved with my writing in so much as none of them write. I did have a group of friends who enjoy reading that I would practice on. I’d send them a few chapters at a time and was pleasantly surprised when they kept asking for more.

#4 – What is next for your writing?

I’m just finishing the next book in the Jagged series. And oh my! The characters have really kicked it up a notch, as if book one wasn’t enough. The demanding little buggers wake me up now. They’re such an impatient lot – mind you – some are addicts and I wouldn’t expect any less. It’s the normal ones that can really fool you though.

#5 – Do you have an addiction to reading as well as writing? If so, what are you currently reading?

I started reading around five years of age. I love to read. I spent countless hours enjoying a good book. Money was always tight but you could go anywhere with the right book in hand. Since I’ve started writing I don’t read nearly as much but I am reading a book at the moment. It’s by Jeff Abbott, The Last Minute.

  1. Hello? Is anyone there? Just in case... do you love Addiction Fiction like I do? Addiction effects one in ten. I'm that one. The main character, Lyndsey is a darkly fascinating protagonist. This story follows a ten year period as she takes you through the gates of hell and back. Lyndsey could be your daughter, your neighbor, your mother or your friend. She could be you. This story will inspire you. It will leave you on the edge of your seat, and wanting more....
